Cara Tidur Yang Sesuai Apabila Mengandung

Assalamualaikum,

Hello hello.. lamanya tak bersiaran di sini ecece.. gaya macam reporter pulak ehe.. Well, line intenet di rumah aku ni memang sangat horror. Hanya di certaint tempat je boleh online. Lepas tu, last week, mak ayah ada kat sini, so takkanla nak bertenet masa dorang ada kan. Then this week until next week, makcik pulak aku ada kat rumah. Sebab cousin aku nak konvo 29hb ni di UMS. Takkan nak bertenet depan dorang jugak kan? Cuma arini dorang keluar jenjalan. Tinggalla aku sorang kat rumah. Bolehla online kejap :)

Anyway, harini aku nak cerita pasal cara tidur yang sesuai untuk mummy mummy yang pregnant ni...


Semenjak dah ada teman tido memalam (ehehe) aku selalu kena tego cara aku tido huhuhu.. Aku suka tido mengiring sebab selesa! Kalau tido terlentang, adehla sakitnye belakang. Tapi dia tak bagi aku tido mengiring. Dia cakap nanti kesian baby. Baby terhimpitla.. Baby lemas la.. Baby tak selesa la. Dia kalo nampak aku tido mengiring mesti dia buat nada gerun.. Macam teruk sangatla kalo tido macam tu..Aku banyak kali bagitau aku kena tido mengiring, kalau tak sakit belakang. Sampai nangis nangis haa aku argue dengan dia.. Sakit tau belakang ni. Kalaulaaa dia bleh rasa.......

Makanya, untuk memuaskan hati semua pihak, aku google la 'sleeping positions during pregnancy.' Baca few sites, semuanya sependapat mengatakan....

Ngeh ngeh ngeh.. aku dah tersenyum riang lalalala.. Dah bagitau hubby. Dia cebik je haha.. Geram la tu sebab pendapat dia salah. Well, I don't blame him. Dia bukan tau pon kan ehe..

What are the best sleep positions?

The best sleep position during pregnancy is "SOS" (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent and a pillow between your legs.
  • If you find that you are having problems with back pain, use the "SOS" position and try placing a pillow under your abdomen as well.
  • If you are experiencing heartburn during the night, you may want to try propping your upper body with pillows.
  • In late pregnancy you may experience shortness of breath; try lying on your side or propped up with pillows.
These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out and you may find that they work. Keep in mind that you may not stay in one position all night and rotating positions is fine.

What positions should I avoid?

Sleeping on your back: This can cause problems with backaches, breathing, digestive system, hemorrhoids, low blood pressure and decrease in circulation to your heart and your baby. This is a result of your abdomen resting on your intestines and major blood vessels (the aorta and vena cava).
Sleeping on your stomach: When you are farther along in your pregnancy, your abdomen undergoes physical changes and makes it more difficult for you to lay on your stomach.

Jadinye, tido terlentang dan tido meniarap adalah sangat tidak digalakkan semasa mengandung. Best position is to sleep on your left side. So pastikan hubby tido sebelah kiri ye. Barula tak membelakangi dia :)

    mesti mengiring dan lagi bagus belah kanan...

    akak dulu kena tidur duduk, bantal tinggi2 sbb leh cungap2...huhuuu

  2. hi saya tasha. mommy to be gak..wah bagus info nih...but kdg2 time mlm tuh mmg kalo baring mengiring rasa gak baby mcm tendang and moves around..eh..terpikir dlm ati anak aku nih terhimpit ke hapa...last2 buat donno then baby pon duk diam sendrik..hihihihihi...

  3. tido terlentang mmg tak selesa sakit sgt pinggang...akak tido mengiring ke kanan sambil peluk bedmatte..opppsss...hehe lg selesa kot..haha ngengada

  4. ika pulak ikut gak..kadang2 bile tido mengiring baby akak bergerak n menendang dengan sgt kuat..mcm dia xselesa..kdg2 ok je..so far ika tido mcm mana pn boleh lg..baring pn boleh..mengiring pun boleh..

    hehe saya pon penah gak rasa. tapi baby kecik lagi so rasa macam very soft movement. maybe dia pon nak ejas kedudukan.. penah tido mengiring belah kanan. then tukar posisi terlentang, boleh rasa perut belah kanan kosong, belah kiri keras ehehe...
